It's our oil reserves-a gold mine. Just offer 10% of the revenue for every barrel SOLD. That would build the pipelines, the fence and get rid of the windmills. Call it reparations if you want. We can play Santa Claus too-only more meaningful.
It would have to be reparations. Whites would take us to court over it.

The GOP can push for it in the next congress(2023) and President Kamala will veto it or will she? No way it would happen b4 2024 but just think of the effect in November too that year. My additional idea would be discussion leading to the possible end of capital punishment.
