Yeah, there are a number of people on this site who believe we should nuke China, targeting the 3 Gorges Dam, killing 400 million innocent Chinese and destroying a large swath of their farmland. They cannot separate the Chinese people from the CCP.
One guy even said, in all seriousness, that when China retaliated killing millions of Americans, “The sooner I can get to the Pearly Gates the better”.
I’d say that people like that are wumaos (paid Chinese disrupters and boosters), but that particular guy has been around for decades. Worse, using his Christian belief in an Afterlife in Heaven as a goal is just disgusting and to me evil; not to mention using one’s religious belief to justify murdering millions for a political end is simply not Christian.
We cannot change these people’s minds and I for one will not take their bait any longer.
I believe Trump was on the right path to change China’s relationship with the world over time, but he was orange and bad. “We” had to change him out for an “alleged” leader who’s in bed with the Chicoms.
When the Chinese finally attack us in earnest, and they will, they will not separate "innocent" Americans from those that aren't. The CCP has already publicly stated (2010 speech before the Politburo by an CPA Army general) that their goal is only what I can only describe as a war for "labensraum" with the principle targets being Australia, Japan and the US. They covet our wide open spaces and infrastructure. Their goal is to take our country without having to conduct a war that would destroy our infrastructure, just the people.
Welcome to the age of total warfare. If we hobble ourselves by not even contemplating that we may have to kill 400M, 500M, 1B Chinese, then America will just be a curious footnote in Chinese history books 100 years from now.
I do think we should have let MacArthur carry the war into China in the 1950s.
But no what we need is an ECONOMIC confrontation with China. But that isn’t going to happen with their Manchurian POTUS in office.
