I remember watching Biden on the news years ago. While the reporter narrated something, Biden felt up some young girl’s breast. My jaw dropped. The media report had nothing to do with what I had just seen. Everyone around Biden ignored it. As I recall, the girl squirmed, but didn’t say or do anything. I thought, wow. At the very least it was a very low rent thing to do. I would imagine the secret service stands between him and kids.
