I had an oncologist who insisted I agree to participate in his clinical trial for which I did not qualify.
A person must be vigilant when studying clinical trials. The oncologist wants to enroll patients who will make their numbers look good.
My oncologist at MD Anderson discussed a certain approved drug for my type of cancer in which we suspect the drug company cooked the books.
I’m glad you figured out that your oncologist was trying to enroll you in a study for which you were not qualified.
My friend’s daughter and I accompanied her at the last minute to one such meeting and the Dr seemed shocked, nervous, and when her daughter (a nurse) asked if he was aware her mother had (insert medical term here) the Doctor suddenly “discovered” she was not qualified for the study. He had only planned on the patient showing up - one chair in his office, all others had been removed to the waiting room. It’s a scam.
Now we have these Covid-19 vaccine companies fighting over who has the best percentage in terms of results and I’m thinking their numbers are probably cooked because this was lucrative, world-wide contract for which they competed - money to be made off almost everyone, forever etc.
