Court * reporter*.
If they don’t type it
It wasn’t said.
There is no one looking over their shoulder .
Never cross them or anyone connected to them in anyway anywhere or anytime.

It’s a rigged game where a defendent’s attorney will sell out his client to get a better deal in an unrelated case for another client.
I think the court reporters also record the proceedings.
And it sits as ‘court reporter’ typing and recorded.’
Until someone wants a transcript and pays for it.
Then it is transcribed into the formal format.
