Thus, each Hebrew and Greek letter and each word has a numerical and ordinal value. Every single word automatically has a specific number and ordinal value. Example: YHWH (Y*10 + H*5 + W*6 + H*5, ie 10-5-6-5) has the same number and ordinal 26, since the letters used do not have the 10th letter of the alphabet beyond which the numbers rise.
Do you understand what this qualifier means? I admit I do not understand 'ordinal numbers - but..
By Gematria 26 = 2 + 6 = 8, which is the number of Messiach - Christ; therefore IHVH {JHVH - Jehovah} is the same as Jesus Christ.
In the same vein: If the numerical values of all 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet are added together, the total value is 1495; 1 + 4 + 9 + 5 = 19, 1 + 9 = 10, the perfection of G*d; therefore the Hebrew alphabet equals the total perfection of God.
The Zohar, Prologue 2b offers a story of how each letter wished to start Scripture - When He {G*d} came to create the world, all the letters presented themselves before Him in reversed order... the letter Beth appealed: O Lord of the world, may it please Thee to put me first in the creation of the world, since I represent the benedictions {Berakhoth} ... offered to Thee on high and below. The Holy One, blessed be He, said to her: Assuredly, with thee I will create the world, and thou shalt form the beginning in the creation of the world.
The first Hebrew word - Bereshith - starts with 'B-' 'In'. It is a charming tale.
