Thanks for that JHTH case Easy. Of course I don’t have a Pacer acct (and probably couldn’t comprehend it all if I read it), but this sounds like a juicy, interesting case. Will be scanning for more details.
PACER accounts are free; all you have to do is sign up and you can view anything that isn't filed "under seal" Viewing or printing costs [technically] 10 cents per page, billed quarterly. BUT, you won't get an invoice unless you view/print a bunch of pleadings in the quarter. The "free" limit used to be $15 (150 pages' worth).
