CNN doesn't like Fox News in any form and it is that group that is trying to take Fox off the cable news...
I don't watch all of Fox News Network but I do watch Carlson I like him and I like what he says and he called them all out the other night...

Most of the news I have decided in MY OPINION is cancel culture anyway and you can't believe anything any one of them say...and if you read a ‘real newspaper’ it's the same way...

I heard the story second hand but that hand being Glenn Beck. I have been spread thin of late so a bit behind. However, Beck and his people seemed specific that it was part of this new Pentagon and this new defense secretary; I believe the actual attack was from an underling, not the Secretary.
Still, there are moves to reorganize the military, reportedly to remove Trump supporters... while welcoming transgendered people and such to the fighting ranks, also apparently pregnant women in combat situations.
Anyone who has ever been in combat knows that the unit is the backbone of an effective fighting force and unit cohesion is the backbone there. All this meddling is to weaken our fighting force by disrupting the esprit de corpse.
What I do know is that it was against the rules for a top serving officer to be eligible for the Secretary position for a number of years - BUT our great Republican Party pitched in to grant an exception, right when it may be the least productive time.
Sooner or later people are going to have to face the truth: national security and unity are the last things on the Demo'rat priority list.
