Nothing like this grifter warning the world just how mentally defective she is.
I’ve got it. She’s setting up a new reality show;
“Somebody Was Stupid Enough To Do That.”
They can interview the good samaritan from their hospital bed/wheelchair or their next of kin. Police and coroners can also appear. And under the new NYC laws the free perp can be interviewed at the scene of the crime. They can end every bit with miscreant looking into the camera and saying something like “how dumb can you get?”
