Tax payers did not pay for the wedding except for maybe security and transport.

Everything else was paid for by the royals themselves Me-again apparently did not pay for anything.

IIRC Kate Middleton’s family did chip in for the cost of her wedding but don't quote me. It was long ago and in another country. :)

So Meghan Markle wanted attention, she’s got it ....it’s just not very flattering. I heard an interview with an English reporter and he said flat out they were furious with her over there. Good. Sick of all this drama.
