You noticed that, too. I‘ve found that’s usually a sign of someone who is willfully ignorant and who lives in their own little fantasy world.
In this case, it’s the fantasies of Biden body doubles, quantum financial networks, President Trump will be returned to power by the military, etc. They’re fantasies and as such there’s little corroborating evidence.

A good example of living in a fantasy land is the assertion that Senator Blunt is handcuffed in photo(s) or video(s). Someone in fantasy land makes the claim, then tells you to look for the evidence yourself, instead of providing the evidence that supports their claim. Why? Because the evidence doesn’t exist - except in their head.
There could be some intellectual impairment involved, but it’s probably more a psychosis.
