“Adventures with purpose” is a team of divers (on youtube) who deliberately search for missing people last seen driving a vehicle near bodies of water. To date, they’ve found 3 or 4 people dead in submerged cars.

There was a story like this many years back. In that story both cars had occupants. Two similar accidents roughly a year apart and then not found until long after the second accident. My first thought was: I wonder if they found a Groundhog on the driver's lap?
