Not if you're with LiveNation, that's kind of the whole point of being LiveNation. They suck, but they own the arena business. If gNat had the initial list in September 2019, she could have polled the band and adjusted a couple dates here and there for conflicts, but it was set in stone by 2020. If you want to see the "Tour Agreement" cited in the Complaint, you'd have to pay $4.98. No thanks.
Now OTOH if we were talking about Garth Brooks, yes your scenario would be valid, he is handled by independent promoter Ben Farrell with consultation from WME Nashville. They gig themselves, lease the equipment themselves, and keep all the profits themselves.
