I went through all my medical records and couldn’t find it. I contacted my doctor and was told that they don’t regularly check blood type. Furthermore, they said it is an expensive test and usually not covered by insurance.If you've ever served in the armed forces it is stamped on your dog tags. Or it was, back in '61-'64 when I served.
