One has recently learned of this organization here in the backyard... Seems to have gotten started in 2005, active thru 2012, at least according to the website, and then, maybe not so much or maybe just more circumspect?

Another later website, republished with much the same content, but also indicates a presence in Dallas, TX, unlike previous wordpress site:

Claims to "Partner" with other international NGO's in Great Britain, Germany, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Russia, according to the website.

Note also that one of the Radio Free Europe authors, Aliyev, has the same name as the incumbent President in the election monitored in Azerbaijan, who supposedly won by over 80 percent. Not known if the two are related...

There was some REALLY FUNNY stuff in Ukraine, which is why I don’t have a problem with Russia looking out for their own people there.
