I agree but would add that the chipper needs to be running at a very low RPM and then needs to be emptied in a land fill.
Funny you should put that thing up there. Some years ago here in NJ a landscape contractor who also did tree and stump removal had hired a crew of Mexican day laborers(illegals) and one of them got pulled into the wood chipper.
What a mess that was.
