Has nothing to do with hate. Most other people, who were exceeding the speed limit to the point where they lost all control, rolled their vehicle hundreds of feet, and then plowing through signs and then impacting into a bunch of trees, destroying the vehicle, this was after crossing into oncoming traffic lanes, which could have easily killed other innocents on the road that day? And he said he can't recall anything? And this same person was not tested for intoxicants/drugs/medications? lol...

And this is the same individual with a history of similar issues?

C'mon, get real. If that had been average Joe nobody, you can bet the rent they would have tested him.

So If I’m driving by your house at 2 or 3 times the speed limit, and lose all control, roll my vehicle for hundreds of feet towards on-coming traffic, snapping in half trees and signs on the way, destroying the vehicle, and I tell the cops I don’t recall anything, are you good to go with me not being tested for DUI?
