I had a bad accident about twelve years ago after I nodded off that was roughly similar in severity to this case; I have no memory of the accident or anything from about 5 minutes before the accident until well after. I have audial (not visual) memories of a firefighter I knew telling me they were working to get me out and then very erratic memories of the ambulance ride, but nothing firm until I was in the hospital. (Movie depictions of such events from the perspective of the accident victim are actually pretty good, come to think of it.)
Vehicle crash data is a truth-teller, so long as it is not misinterpreted. In can help implicate someone, but it can also help clear them of certain accusations.
“I remember........ we were flying high and hit something in the air”.
DOA
I had two traumatic head injuries when young, a very bloody forehead one as a toddler, and a concussion in the back of my head as a pre-teen. Neither knocked me out (I’ve never been unconscious, so maybe I’m knockout resistant?) but I do remember both impacts clearly. In fact, the first one is one of my earliest memories, and the only one at all from toddlerhood - well, the injury, and then getting stitches afterward.
As far back as probably 95 cars save at least speed and seatbelt data. If has abs also braking data. It isn’t unusual for insurance or police to take them or retrieve data.
Tiger ran through the median strip, hitting the sign as he went across. If he was hitting his breaks, you would have seen deep furrows through the that median strip. What you saw was the typical tire tracks through dirt.
And why would they not do that?

Backlash after Kobe Bryant and Sherrifs and pics, etc.
I’D MUCH PREFER TO BE ON Ambiance .... not Ambian.
The Driver Privacy Act of 2015 requires the protection of a driver’s data privacy, so a law enforcement agency must obtain a search warrant to access such information.
Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Since he played golf with trump, it would be easier to get a FISA warrant to access all tigers information
In other words, pleading guilty to a jury of one.....you?
I'd prefer to withhold judgment until all the facts are released. Unfortunately the haters around here - you - would just rather convict and jail.......
Ask my cousin Vinny’s girlfriend.
Plenty of people would regard that as a bug, not a feature. The default setting should be "Do not store."
All the more reason to own a real car.
He pulled a Big Lebowski.
I tend to agree. Did he tell the cops on the scene he couldn't remember what happened? If he was conscious, bet the rent they asked that question.
This was single car collision, which means there is a damn good reason that vehicle lost all control and rolled for hundreds of feet. Yet the cops didn't blood test and the driver says it's all a blank? Wow.
He was on his way to a golf tournament wasn’t he. I doubt drunk.
In many cases people who are injured in crashes or other events will remember nothing of the event.
It is not rare that someone in a severe accident doesn’t remember it.
They did test him. Sheriff has said that “it didn’t appear” that drugs or alcohol was a factor.
More likely he was texting. His phone will rat him out along with the vehicle.
Darn spellchecker.... Me too.
Years ago when I was single and dating, I was seeing a nurse who was on Ambian.
Everything they said about it is true. However, it was like I was dating two different women at the same time her personality would change so drastically.
I learned to recognize the dangerous awake but in trance state, and I couldn’t run away fast enough.
They HAD to take a blood draw at some point in his care. While he may have just been distracted or tired, he has a history of either alcohol or drug use.
Which test did they administer?
