As I mentioned in post #7, I’ve only taken CBD with Delta 8, 2:1 ratio.
As of last evening, I have taken a total of 5 doses ever over a 2 1/2,week period.3 distinct ‘health’ benefits that I’m amazed at, and need to mention; 2$/ dose= 10 bucks. In order of least important to me to most:
1. Sleep, very sound and restful sleep, Sat nights at Crosdaddys is drool night; because I take a fair dose of Melatonin (5mg), haha,Sundays laundry day. The downside is I always feel sleepy on Sundays, but the nightly sleeping affects seem to last a few nights, minus the drool of the initial night. With the CBD/Delta8, very restful sleep, (no vivid dreams) and I wake up very refreshed, and not sleepy at all, like with melatonin. A very nice sleep.

2. Arthritis, don’t have it real bad anywhere, but my fingers have been stiff for a number of years, now they move like Sammy Hagar working his guitar; literally loosened up during the very first dose I took. Knees; stiff with some pain in both, particularly if going up or down stairs, or seated were my butt is lower than my knees and I have to rise.Started to feel a difference the day after my 2nd dose, and by my third dose, no pain, almost no stiffness in doing the afore mentioned activities.

3.this is what has really bugged the crap outta me, and I’m amazed:
Neuropathy; 4 years ago, my left foot began going numb, 2 years ago, my right foot began. After 3 doses, I felt like some feeling was coming back, but I wasn’t sure, after my 4th dose, I was, my right foot felt almost totally normal, and I could just start to feel some feeling in my left foot. This morning, after last evenings 5th ( ever, @2$) dose, I was very well rested(see#1), as I got out of bed, and put my feet on the ground(oriental rug) I could feel it with both feet, and I just sat there for a couple of minutes, feeling it. As I walked into the bathroom, I could feel on my left foot the coolness of the ceramic tile floor, the thin grout lines, it was glorious.
As I said, this Neuropathy thing has really bugged the Sh@t outta me the last 4 plus years; 5 doses@ 2 Bucks= 10 dollars, really, unbelievable.

Again, I need to make clear, this is CBD WITH THC, although D8 vs D9. From my initial reading on this topic, CBD works better for some things with a little THC ( of either variety) included.
I also need to restate, that prior to 2 1/2 weeks ago, I was a complete skeptic on this stuff, and never gave it a moments thought.
