Nope, I’m not buying the premise of this article. Cuomo wasn’t just “flirting” with women he met at a party, or at a bus stop. In at least a few cases he was “flirting” with subordinates, women he had great power over.

That’s wrong, no matter who you spin it.

YES!! they probably did feel powerless! If he was a stranger they could to tell him to stuff it. But the boss? Not so much.
