It is the staff that is being discrimatory.

It is their job to educate. If they perceived they were doing something wrong, they should tell them, not kick them out of the school.

Back in the American Sector, decades ago, when 2 people had a difference of opinion that tended to catch the general attention . . .

The 2 fellows were put up on the stage at the day’s assembly, where the 2 fellows were then expected to proceed with their “debate.”

That, happens to be the generally accepted form - in decision making - in the common law of family/tribal custom.

Instead of the left’s modern, harsh “arbitration” that is possessed of absolute “Stalin’s Way or the ‘Highway’” tyranny.
