I wanted to share this article. I was wondering if I had Covid last January after sitting next to an Asian girl on flight in Eastern Europe. She had a mask on but her BF did not have a mask. She could barely keep her eyes open.
Covid wasn’t being talked about much yet at that time, so i just did what I could at home. I drank ginger tea (make with fresh ginger, lemon and honey all day long. I started to cough today (hope it’s just the spring allergy thing) but I pulled out the ginger tea again just incase.
Excellent news (to me)! I’ve been really into ginger beer for the last several years, and like the ginger flavor so much that I’ve been adding fresh ginger to my vegetable juicing since about the end of 2019. That, in addition to already taking Quercetin, Vitamin C, D3, K2, Zinc, and more recently NAC, should have me very nicely protected from whatever comes my way!
