Klacik faced an overwhelming effort to take Cummings seat (near my old neighborhood, which now has crime like we never had before).
Baltimorons like consistency, in their racists, corrupt politicians, Marxists, and stupids. Well, they got it.
I think that Baltimore is too far gone to be saved as a viable, safe city, at least for another generation, if it survives that long.
There are great black citizens of Baltimore, esp. those I went to Junior High and High School with. They have worked hard to achieve a decent life but they are not the ones who are running and ruining the city.
The corrupt Democrat machines of the D’Alessandro’s (Pelosi’s father and brother) and the Little Willie Adam’s criminal/political machine, set the tone for the 1960’s downfall of Baltimore.
Nothing short of a complete revolt against the liberal establishment (black, white, green, pink, orange) will ever reclaim Baltimore.
Add them to Philadelphia, NY City, Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle, LA, SF, Chicago, Cleveland, Albuquerque, Houston/Austin, Madison Wisc, Milwaukee, Kenosha, etc). Won’t even mention the Dem run and ruined cities of the once great New England cities.

In baltimore it’s really sad to see that proud city in ruins like that. Such a beautiful skyline is rotted down to the foundations with democrat institutionalized corruption. The beautiful Wilkens avenue rowhomes that once were meticulously maintained. Now strewn with litter it’s a boarded up cess pool of crime and drugs. Pot holes the size of volkswagons, pratt street rat infested sewer holes surrounding historic landmarks. All over the city from towson to hanover there’s these bright spot rich entitled neighborhoods surrounded by poverty stricken crumbling slums populated with disenfranchised vassals paying tribute to their criminal and political warlords. All expressing shock every time their commissar gets reelected.
They wont even think to revitalize any of the neighborhoods for fear of being accused of ‘gentrification’. Which means driving all the pimps and drug abusers out of the neighborhood in favor of working middle class families. There are times that i could get the impression that these politicians are in the pockets bought and paid for by the drug cartels.
