... yet another lie. There are already local laws on the books that deal with violence against anyone. There is no need for such a federal bill.
I beg to differ.
Right now I’m in the middle of litigation wherein the local judge is incredibly biased and the only recourse is to wait until he rules against me, then file expensive appeals.
But there are federal criminal and civil statutes that apply, and the feds take our constitutional rights more seriously. So I’m filing in fed court. And it pisses off the local judge to no end.
