Reminds me of a plot point from the movie ‘Dragon Day’. The Chinese have invaded America and taken over. Everyone is required to wear a special bracelet, almost watch-sized. You are assigned an area you’re allowed to live in. If you go outside that area (tracked by GPS), you’re given 1 warning and 60 seconds to comply. If you don’t, it either injects you with a fast-acting poison, or it starts emitting electrical pulses that interfere with your heart. In either case, you die.

What is interesting about Kushner is that Henry Kissinger is his mentor. I am not saying that any of these are the “Anti-Christ” or the “Mark of the Beast”, but could they be foreshadows, or God’s way of showing us they are part of this coming “Beast”?
