Just a few months ago based on 3 years prior years numbers they predicted the number very close to normal. Now that the knew how many to shoot for with the 500k number, they pulled a middle of the night number drop not unlike swing state vote padding after they found out how many they needed. Strange that. Seems to be getting a habit.
Who is "they"? Because CDC was tracking excess deaths all year long and that total was rising steadily all year long. It was over 300,000 in August. The CDC dashboards are updated constantly. I can pull up old screenshots from throughout 2020 if you like demonstrating that they showed excess deaths beyond the normal numbers all through 2020 starting in March and April.
Whoever your "they" is here was uninformed.

I don't think you understand where those numbers come from. They come from the individual reporting jurisdictions. The total is just what you get when you add up all those reported numbers. The individual reporting jurisdictions are all over the country; in both red and blue areas. If CDC created an incorrect total, the numbers wouldn't add up. If they started altering the numbers reported by the individual jurisdictions, that would be easily caught as well.
The numbers from the individual reporting jurisdictions are - in turn - based on death certificates filled out by doctors. There are a million doctors in the US. All different political and ideological stances. They haven't all conspired together to create fake dead people. Doing so would require that they put their medical licenses, careers, and personal freedom on the line. And for what personal gain? None. The hospital gets a small extra payment to cover costs associated with treating COVID-19 patients, but that payment amounts to about 2% of total hospital revenues.
Are you saying you would be okay with committing fraud if your employer told you they wanted a 2% revenue increase? No? Yeah, most doctors wouldn't be okay with it either.
From the start I have felt that this Chirona thing was a ploy. From the data being fed downline to us I know it is a hoax. Total BS. When the powers that be cannot even get their numbers straight or consistent I know they are lying.
This so-called death total is another number that I feel is BS. How many double counts are being used to beef up their numbers?
Believing anything that comes from the gooberment these days is suspect. Every one of those numbers is stated to back up their hoax.
