In the Death Certificate, The first (top) line is “Immediate Cause of Death.” This is where the actual terminal event is recorded.
This line is followed by three more, all labeled “Due To,” where contributors to the immediate cause, in declining order, are listed.
In the event that there are other contributors in the cascade of Due To notations, they would follow, in descending order.
Finally, there is a line called “Other Significant Conditions,” which serves as a catch-all for relevant, non-fatal items. In the example above, this line might read Severe Depression to explain why there was a gunshot wound to the head.
Someone in some bureaucrat’s office decided that:
* if COVID appears anywhere on a death certificate, it is counted as a COVID death, even if it isn’t.
* If COVID is on the Immediate Cause line, it is clearly a COVID death.
* If it is on the first Due To line, it might be a COVID death in a person with a significant comorbidity.
* If it is on the second or third Due To line, it may or may not have a role in the death, but if it appears in the Other Significant Conditions line, it is not a COVID death, yet it is being counted as one.
An example is the fellow who crashed his motorcycle and tested positive for COVID. This is fraud masquerading as science.

I personally saw two people die of COVID. One was driving a truck and had a Heart Attack from COVID, the other was on a Harley and He hit that same Truck Head On from COVID.
Well this is just wrong. And it's why the rest of the article is stupid and wrong too. Section 32 Part I lists the SEQUENCE of events that exist in the chain of events leading directly to death. It's a SEQUENCE, not a list in order of severity. Notice on the right side of Part I there's an "interval" area. They want to know the sequence of events that happened and how quickly things moved between events leading to death.

No, they didn't. Here is the Guidance for Certifying Deaths Due to COVID–19. Read it for yourself. It's only a few pages and it's written in plain English. It says nothing about classifying everything as COVID-19. It does say that any diagnosis of COVID-19 should be confirmed with laboratory testing and it says that the cause of death statement "a cause-of-death statement is an informed medical opinion that should be based on sound medical judgment drawn from clinical training and experience, as well as knowledge of current disease states and local trends". NOWHERE does it state that every death is COVID-19. NOWHERE does it state that COVID-19 should just be assumed or that anyone who tests positive is a COVID-19 death. If this were happening, we would see a drop in death rates for cancer, heart attacks, etc. But all those numbers are at or above normal levels. They're being classified correctly. We just have a lot of excess deaths.
