No. An implied result is not a factual result. Even the data they do report does not translate into what they imply from it.
As I said, they conflate “adverse incident” with “death”, though the two things are not the same, and they conflate every actual death with “vaccine caused death” when in most every case the evidence does not point to the vaccine, but to pre-existing severe medical conditions.
