Hard to avoid someone blowing a red light or stop sign. Looks like the SUV failed to yield and were broadsided by the truck.

I would guess the survivors will lock up and overwhelm the ER’s, ICU’s in the region of Imperial County. So if there are any law abiding legitimate citizens needing emergency help, too effing bad, they’ll need to get in line behind all this Democrat created chaos.
