Wrong. Not everyone who drinks becomes an alcoholic nor does anyone who ever smoke pot become obsessed with it. Alcoholic prohibition was tried and, next to slavery, was the worst social policy ever enacted. Tobacco products are as equally damaging in addition to alcohol.
