I like Lee Kum Lee’s Sriracha. It’s different from original Sriracha.
I also prefer Tamari sauce to Soy sauce. (Tamari is only soy, no fermented wheat.) Kroger’s “Simple Truth” lime has an organic one.
And: HP sauce from UK for meats as well as Worcestershire (which also has a low sodium option.)
What does that ‘shito’ Taste like?
Shito chili sauce; on sampling this hot stuff, does one then reverse the syllables?
I live in the sticks. Fewer people driving means less road kill. My protein intake is suffering.
Your article shows some really good ideas. I will have to approach them ‘gingerly’. I’m still just learning how to best use the standard Sriracha Chilli Sauce.
None of the selections seemed bent on making the hottest possible sauce in the world, just to make the record books. That’s NOT what I’m really after. I’m not one of those people who likes to drink “Dynamite” and brag about it online. My Gutwalls and my Ports of Entry will get even with me if i overdo it.
GEORGE: Why don’t they have salsa on the table?
JERRY: What do you need salsa for?
GEORGE: Salsa is now the number one condiment in America.
JERRY: You know why? Because people like to say “salsa.” “Excuse me, do
you have salsa?” “We need more salsa.” “Where is the salsa? No salsa?”
GEORGE: You know it must be impossible for a Spanish person to order
seltzer and not get salsa. (Angry) “I wanted seltzer, not salsa.”
JERRY: “Don’t you know the difference between seltzer and salsa?? You
have the seltezer after the salsa!”
GEORGE: See, this should be a show. This is the show.
I will opt for Doc Fords Yucatan.
I use it with shrimp, baked fish, scrambled eggs u name it good stuff

You really want some hot sauce? Try a couple of drops of DAVE’S INSANITY SAUCE. Super hot going down, and the next day the old expletive “S**T FIRE!” will give it new meaning.
Just a couple of drops.
“Lockdown”? Oh, brits. Carry on.
Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce from Thailand is a fine condiment. Very mild heat, good flavor.
“I’ll have All-Sauce, Lorraine.”
Anyone try the filipino banana ketchup? I can’t do tomatoes unfortunately? Does it have tomato too?, guess i could look, it up lol. Sounds interesting though, wonder if they mean a and peppers though, prob not
Prefer teriyaki myself to soy sauce on rice at least. A yoje have a good catchup alternative without to to 🍅? It stinks that I can’t enjoy this gs like chili, spaghetti sauce, etc anymore, also have issues with garlic sadly 😢 I became allergic to it somehow. Get pretty sick, shaky, weak, dizzy and it takes days to leave. Life is a downer when you Gant have tomatoes and garlic, ruins so many dishes for me. Even going g out to eat, chefs just love garlic on everything practically
Boy! You can say that again!
My new favorite is Marzetti Sriracha Bourbon Sauce. I had to buy 2 gallons of it, but everyone that tries it loves it, and I give them a bottle full.
Great find! Thanks for posting. Lots of new things to try.
Too bad there aren’t favorite recipes to go along with the sauces.
I use Tony Chachere’s on almost everything.
And Rufus Teague barbecue sause is to die for.
I added some diced garlic, a bit of red wine and some chopped basil. It reminded me of eating in a mom and pop Italian place where the servings are huge and at first thought it's, "Nice, there will be enough leftover to take home for lunch tomorrow" but it is so damn good you end up eating the whole thing. Try it if you can find it.
We always have Vegeta seasoning in the cupboard. Used mostly for chicken and a must to add to homemade chicken soup.
