I once grew a zuccini that was about 2 1/2 feet long and weighed about 10 pounds.

I get a lot of seed catalogs, and some of the giant vegetables are ridiculous. 1500 pound pumpkins, 800 pound watermelons, 30 pound onions...

I'm now trying to figure out how big of a shrimp, ear of corn, potato, and sausage I need to make a good shrimp boil out of that 30lb onion.

My mother used to refer to the extra large zucchini in pir garden as “home wreckers.”

She could be a little colorful.
