At some point the insurance companies have got to say enough is enough and start refusing to issue policies that cover civil unrest in Portland.

I watched several videos of downtown Portland....it's basically a ghost city with everything boarded up...lots of businesses permanently closed. But their terrible mayor says it's because of covid so he can get Government funds to rebuild what he's destroyed by allowing and supporting these thugs!
