Possibly, or a Peacock, that area is known for small flocks of wild peacocks.

Just east of the City of Sonoma, a feral group of peacocks often try to take over the road. Peta types will wreck their vehicle before whacking one of these birds.

A friend, who was big into tying his own fishing flies didn’t swerve to miss any that crossed his way.
