You really should understand our separation of powers better than that.
Nope. He offered help multiple times and they refused. It was better to put the onus on them.
President Trump was limited by the office of the President. The President can’t simply march the 4th Infantry Division down main street. It’s up to the governor of the state to maintain order and to ask for help if disturbances grow out of control.
They have failed to do so. They failed to do so when President Trump was there to help them, and now all they’ve got is Sloe Biden, who will probably answer their calls for help with an army of social workers asking the rioters how they feel about breaking windows and burning local businesses to the ground.
Trump followed the constitution. The states failed not trump.
