Any insecticide other than pyrethum (sp?) is very toxic to humans. And animals. One thing that is extremely useful to prevend flea infestations is removing all carpets. Wood, tile, etc floors are not flea habitats. Much easier to get rid of them with cleanable floors.

But we do have lots of places underneath things that are fixed in place - i.e., too heavy to move and that can’t be vacuumed under, that are probably hiding and breeding places for the fleas. Such as several bookcases and armoires, buffet/curio cabinet, a very heavy and immense food storage shelving unit, hardwood kingsize platform bed with loads of drawers and cubbyholes underneath (that had to be assembled from scratch inside the bedroom when I bought it), my spouse’s 400 lb. massage chair.... you get the picture!
If I were a flea, it would be a no-brainer where to nest in this house! LOL
Would it be possible to set up a separate thread of “fleas” and related medication??
