You can't state that for sure because if those determining cause of death don't want to report it as from the vaccine, it won't be reported that way, and voila! your miracle vaccine is so safe that NOBODY has died from receiving it.
It all depends on the agenda of those reporting and their integrity and so far, the medical establishment, the pharm industry, and the politicians have proven that they have none.
