I don’t want CW II, but if (when?) CW II does happen, I will place part of the blame on SCOTUS and their abominable dismissals of Texas v. Pennsylvania, as well as the more recent case concerning executive changes to state election laws.
I'd go further back to their setting the stage for today by refusing to hear anything about obama's non-NBC status.
