India has some cool dual gauge lines they have 3 rails one is common to both and there is two on the otherside they have meter guage, wide gauge, narrow gauge and standard gauge the most I saw in one place was a quad rail with meter gauge, 5’6”, and narrow gauge

That would be pretty cool to see.

That sounds crazy. Would love to see how they were handling the traffic from each direction.

I admit I haven’t always paid close attention to rail while traveling.

only thing i recall I’ve ever seen in quad rail was in a building. An old navy yard building had a very large overhead crane that was still in service. It had DC motors and hydraulic brakes. The main frame had double rail for each side.

Crazy stuff man has developed to solve problems over the years....
