I have four kids in Catholic school from high school to elementary. They all have to wear masks but the older kids can take them off for mask breaks in the gym or outside. The little kids get to take theirs off for recess. Other than they don’t like wearing them, I’ve seen no ill effects.
Same story here: We have a daughter in high school, mostly in-class w/ masks since last late Aug., except they went online from late Nov. thru New Year. Anyway, so far as the masks go, there have been no ill effects noted in kids or teachers. Granted this group’s parents may be better about seeing that their kids’ masks are regularly washed or new ones used, than some other groups.
