Human trafficking is a serious matter, but lately prosecutors have taken to putting on any charge that involves a man and a woman, especially if there is sex involved.
In the Robert Kraft case the cops were blabbing about “human trafficking” all day long. Eventually, it turned, out there was no such thing involved.
Nowadays, it is as likely to indicate prosecutorial over-reach as it is to involve actual trafficking.
Do you really need an “on or about” to describe a THREE YEAR PERIOD?
What a vague charge!
SMELL’s LIKE COMPLETE TOTAL BULLSHIT .
