I think you’re missing the big picture here: somebody claims they have proof of government employees “working very hard”.
This is like claiming you have proof of aliens or Bigfoot. I’m going to need more proof than this woman’s word.

When I got my NEW POSITIVE ID type Virginia Drivers License, I was finishing up the form and the clerk said I’ll get your picture now and I looked up and she snapped it.
Only problem (Apparently only for me) was I still had my glasses on - oh, SUN GLASSES with bifocals.
I thought nothing of it as I do wear them indoors if I have to read and when my license came back, there I am, with sunglasses on.
I checked with State Police, County Police, local DMVs and even DMV on line and it appears the only one ‘worried’ about it is me.
Haven’t gotten stopped yet but I do carry the ‘old one’ just in case someone wants to hassle me over the picture.
