Obvious answer, meeting to plan a resistance.
What steps would discourage them from meeting?

(2) Widespread belief that a group was already on the case behind the scenes, so you might just get in their way or be wasting your time.
In the above rather short list, (2) could (or maybe not) describe Q Anon. So one theory about it which is certainly not new to me is that it represents sophisticated disinformation. You might want to think about that. If there was some active and able group behind the scenes, why didn’t they act sooner and with greater effectiveness when they had access to some of the levers of power? How on earth is the current situation an advantage for them?

The problem is you don;t know what Q was. It never said, “Do nothing.” Q said here is a conspiracy I can tell you is out there, but I can’t give you proof. So I need you to pour through news and open sources, and assemble the proof, and then create quickly digestible memes, and then form social media accounts, and share the memes and the news stories and factual sources with everyone, to make them aware of the conspiracy.
If you had monitored social media, you’d have seen Q stuff was everywhere, and Conspiracized everyone it touched into seeing we have a problem in this country.
Q was overall a net gain, if you took part in it. It is why we accept totally our election was hacked, and the media couldn’t run a counter-operation to convince people that was a conspiracy theory. The only people bitching about Q are the ones who never looked at it themselves, or got their understanding of it through the media.
You are spinning your wheels here on something which doesn’t matter. Instead, go research what the CIA did with MK Ultra up in that Canadian depression clinic, and get a grasp of what the forces we face are capable of.
