I’m in a guaranteed 2.5% return with no risk until this resolves.

Where in the heck are you finding "guaranteed" 2.5% return in this market? I assume that's an Annuity of some kind? (Like a MYGA?)

Well I was wrong. It was 2.5 in 2019. 1.9 in 2020. So my mistake.
