I guess they skipped the part about having the driver walk a straight line after they extracted him.

Discounting the fact he drove a vehicle off the road in a single-car accident, the spokesperson is spot-on. Nothing to see there, move along.

The accident was at 7:12 AM. It has already been reported that there was no alcohol or drugs involved. It has also been reported that the section where he went off road has had multiple accidents, it’s considered a problem area by authorities.
