An Oklahoma man who had been released early from prison in January as part of a mass commutation effort is now accused of three killings, including the death of a neighbor whose heart he cut out, authorities said.

A judge denied bail Tuesday for Lawrence Paul Anderson, who faces three counts of first-degree murder, one count of assault and one count of maiming for the attack this month in Chickasha, about 35 miles (55 kilometers) southwest of Oklahoma.

Not guilty by reason of insanity. He may be insane. But why did they release an insane cannibal?

So he wouldn’t catch Covid-19. Or something like that.

I was thinking it was a guy from an episode of ‘Forensic Files’ - that one was also in Oklahoma, and it was 3 victims. That’s what I was thinking when I saw the article title.

If I was a billionaire, I would buy the homes next to people who are responsible for releasing serious criminals and give the house to the criminal to live in for free.

What's next, a...? As if there is something worse than an insane cannibal. There's nothing worse than an insane cannibal!

At first I laughed when you said Covid 19, but then remembered they have been releasing these killers for that reason for some time now, haven't they? I just didn't realize they'd actually go so far as to release insane cannibals. The insane releasing the insane.

(Thanks for the video. I'll check it out later. No sound on this computer.)

I saw this on NBC News Facebook group, to look at the comments.
Yep, most of them said the killer is the “victim”.
The prison system was to blame because he should never have been locked up in the first place and the prison made him that way.

He is one sick SOB,

I’m sure that the left was just tickled pink to let him out of prison early.

Justice would be served at the end of a short drop at the realist convenient moment. Like right now.

To my friends in Oklahoma:

Please stop acting like you live in California or any other leftist state. If you want to read about prisoners released early and then killing again, then go to the news in the leftist states.

I’ll say. And, that’s just what I think it is, too. Dahmer was possessed, too, in my opinion. Maybe not fully, but definitely close.

Does anyone know why he was originally placed in prison? Meanwhile, this is exactly why I favor the death penalty. Some people just need to be taken off the planet.

Here is some info I have found:

He had been sentenced in 2017 to serve 20 years behind bars but got out after Gov. Kevin Stitt commuted his time.

Anderson’s repeat incarceration history began in 2006 when he was sentenced for possession of crack cocaine and for threatening his girlfriend with a gun. He reportedly served less than two years of a four-year sentence. Six years after he was first sentenced, Anderson was sentenced to 15 years for selling crack near an elementary school. Five years into that sentence in 2017, he was released from prison again, but his sentence also included two decades of probation. According to the report, Anderson quickly violated parole by possessing a gun and using PCP and cocaine, he was imprisoned the same year to serve 20 years.
