I understand the continent and its infrastructure are poor, but I have also heard that Africans from many areas can be quite warm and hospitable towards outsiders.
I have only set foot in Egypt and Libya (literally only set foot in Libya) so I can’t say first hand.
Like many others say here...I wish those on the Left would stick to their word. They rarely do.

If you are in rural Africa they’re friendly because they see white people as a mark to get money from and they will create situations where you need their help in order to get paid....otherwise they won’t help.
