I maintain it is a stupidly dangerous “restraint” and am not changing my opinion. An involuntary position shift by the kneeler could easily result in tremendous pressure.
Further the “modern” police tactic of forcing the suspect to an unnatural prone position which can interfere with breathing is a problem.
