Bay Lives Matter
The family called the police report for a reason, what was it?
Had the police been called to that address before? If so, why?
CA has involuntary civil commitment, why didn’t the family use it to get the victim help.
What does the ME’s report say?
Did the officer/s violate protocol?
Just looked at a number of articles on this.
None of them answer those questions.
What kind of IDIOT kneels on a person’s neck??
Who in heck told police this is a permissible restraint move?
Voluntary manslaughter at least.

I don’t envy any policeman - restraining violent or crazy people is no easy thing and police officers just want to go home at the end of the day in one piece, like the rest of us. That said, police departments really need to end the kneeling-on-necks thing.
Rule #1 - Don’t call the cops.
Rule #2 - See rule one.
Why don’t the police just tazer the guy? If he dies, the victims can sue the tazer company.
