This all started because I said the road he crashed on was dangerous at a higher speed , like a lot of places have that one known stretch of road that is dangerous and has a lot of accidents.
This is somehow confusing or worth you going on and on about?
In any event, you stated:
Not all stretches of road are dangerous if you go over the speed limit 15 or 20 mph
I simply asked you, "Where are the highways/roads where one can drive 20mph over the posted speed limit and not create additional unsafe conditions?"
